•     Order Natural Hazards Report with your choice of vendor
•     Deliver full set of disclosures to be signed by seller via DocuSign or PDF if requested
•     Complete full disclosure review
•     Upload reports, inspections and disclosures online according to agents method of disclosure site
•     Review purchase contract to ensure it is fully ratified with no missing initials or signatures
•     Email fully ratified contract to escrow
•     Send congratulatory email and timeline to your sellers
•     Send team list & timeline to all key players
•     Monitor contingency removal dates and send reminders
•     Coordinate signing of any additional disclosures or documents added to the transaction
•     Order home warranty per contract if required 

Sale Services:

•     Review contract for missing initials/signatures
•     Send congratulatory email and timeline to the buyers
