Originally from Asia, Patti spent 15 years in Canada before making her home in the Bay Area more than a decade ago. Licensed in 2017, she immersed herself in the world of California real estate, handling everything from buying, selling to renovations and long term and short term rental operations.

In 2022, she formalized her expertise to assist family and friends with their real estate needs, specializing in listings and first-time homebuyers.

In 2024, Patti joined BRG Real Estate to enhance value propositions for her clients, particularly those looking to sell their existing homes. This move allows her to allocate a larger marketing budget to promote her listings and offer more competitive fee structures to her clients.

Beyond her work in real estate, Patti enjoys baking and cooking, often delighting visitors with her delicious creations at open houses. She's also an active runner, participating in her local running club.
