This knowledge has been gleaned not only as an agent, but from several decades of experience as a property manager, asset manager and landlord. This skillset covers urban, suburban and rural rentals, including both onsite and remote management, as well as long-term and short-term leases.

To further my expertise in investment modeling, I completed my Masters in Real Estate Finance at University of Cambridge in 2010. Previously, I obtained history degrees from McGill and Oxford.
