Since 1986 Paul has been a Licensed Real Estate Agent. He has actively fulfilled continuing education requirements under his license throughout the years, regularly taking numerous courses in real estate contracts, finance, and valuation, along with understanding investment properties, escrow processes, and professional ethics.

Paul is a real estate professional and continues to gain more knowledge at Chamberlin Real Estate School, concentrating on the required course’s needed to continue as a Licensed Real Estate Professional in California.          

Paul began specializing in helping investor’s through a 1031 exchange strategy after a successful sale, guiding clients on how to reinvest their income properties profits, and continue with investment in other real estate properties, either commercial or income producing properties. Paul is also an experienced Business Opportunities agent.
